Below is an outline of the steps necessary to upgrade your Innoslate plan to Professional:
Within Innoslate, locate the 'User' dropdown, which is the right-most dropdown on the top navigation bar, usually displaying your first and last name as shown below:
Click to open the 'User' dropdown and select the 'Upgrade Plan' menu item.
This opens the 'Manage your Innoslate Account' screen on the 'Billing' tab, where you can upgrade to a paid plan. This example will demonstrate upgrading from the free Reviewer Plan to the paid Professional Plan.
Locate the 'Available Plans' section and click the 'Upgrade' button beside the plan of your choice.
This opens the 'Enter Payment Method' dialog which shows a form for entering your credit card information and billing address. Enter your information; all fields except 'Address 2' are required.
After entering all your information, click the 'Confirm Upgrade' button to upgrade your account to Professional.
If all entered information is valid, the screen will refresh and the 'Current Plan' section will update to show your current plan is the Professional Plan and the 'Available Plans' section of the screen will update to show plans you didn't choose and give you the option to downgrade. When you are finished, click the 'Go back to Innoslate' button to exit the screen and return to your current project's Dashboard View.
- You will need to sign out and sign back into Innoslate to ensure all benefits of upgrading have taken effect.
- You must contact a sales representative at (571) 485-7800 x1 in order to receive annual pricing.
- Each paid plan has a built in trial period of 7 days, so your card won't be charged until after this period has ended.
