1. In the ‘Monte Carlo Simulator’ after you run the simulation, select either ‘CSV Reports’ for Excel-based reports or ‘MS Project Exports’ for XML based reports in the side menu. 
2. From ‘CSV Reports’ you can select to download an ‘Action Report,’ an ‘Asset Utilization Report,’ a ‘Resource Report,’ or a ‘ Detailed Resource Report.’Action Report generates a CSV report displaying the action’s name, duration, and cost throughout the simulation.  Asset Utilization Report generates a CSV report displaying the asset’s name and total time utilized throughout the simulation.  Resource Report generates a CSV report displaying the resource’s name and max/min/final amounts after the simulation.  Detailed Resource Report generates a CSV report displaying the resource’s name, current amounts, and time throughout the simulation.
3. From ‘MS Project Exports’ you can select to download a ‘Longest Duration Export,’ a ‘Shortest Duration Export,’ a ‘Highest Cost Export,’ or a ‘Lowest Cost Export.’ 

Longest Duration Export

Generates a MS Project file as xml showing the simulation with the longest duration throughout the Monte Carlo simulation.

Shortest Duration Export

Generates a MS Project file as xml showing the simulation with the shortest duration throughout the Monte Carlo simulation.

Highest Cost Export

Generates a MS Project file as xml showing the simulation with the highest cost throughout the Monte Carlo simulation.

Lowest Cost Export

Generates a MS Project file as xml showing the simulation with the lowest cost throughout the Monte Carlo simulation.
