Templating allows you to write documents from the same template start point on selected documents. Allowing you to keep the same information on multiple documents without having to rewrite it.
  1. In any document, click ‘Template’ in the top menu.
  2. A new header will appear and ask you to input a name for the new template. Click in the text box next to ‘Name’ and type your desired name for your template. You can also check the box to include files and images from the current document in the template.
  3. Once you have a name for your template, click ‘Create.’
  4. To access your template go to the ‘Documents’ tab and click the ‘New Document’ button in the upper right.
  5. The new document window will appear. Select the type of document you want from the dropdown menu and specify a name, number, and description by typing in the desired text box, and click ‘Next.’
  6. In the ‘Template’ tab of the new document window, click the dropdown and scroll to the bottom. Click ‘Custom Template.’
  7. From the ‘Custom Template’ dropdown select the template you would like to use, and click ‘Next.’ Then, click ‘Finish.’
  8. A new document of your template will now appear.
